1. Prior to starting the work, 50% advance is required
2. The project must be paid in full before it can be handed over
3. The client will provide company literature, logo, and other design assets
4. Domain and hosting will be purchased as per actual and paid by the client
5. 3rd party plugin if needed will be as actual and paid by the client
6. A charge will be applied for any additional requirements beyond those listed in the estimate
